CSS 3d elements are being cropped

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3421.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://foda-app.herokuapp.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open almost any complex 3d CSS 
2. See lots of artifacts and missing elements
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Elements are disappearing or being cropped

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3421.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

I can't repro on Windows 68.0.3423.0 - everything appears correct (screenshot attached). Could you post a screenshot or a reduced test case showing the issue?

I've changed from canary to the official build and it also happens there.
Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit). 

More often when hovering the bottom cards. Lot's of missing elements and crops on the screenshot atteched.

Tested the issue on latest chrome version# 68.0.3424.0 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://foda-app.herokuapp.com/
2) Navigated through different fields on the page, didn't observed any elements missing.

@Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue, try to test this issue on latest chrome 68.0.3424.0 and let us know if the issue still persists. You can download latest chrome from URL: https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel
