I can confirm that this bug is present in the stable build on my Lenovo Yoga Thinkpad Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.74.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.137 Safari/537.36

To be true, this bug has slowly moved from the dev channel to the beta channel during the latest 2 months or so, and now it has come to the stable build to.

Same issue in Version 67.0.3396.26 (Build officiel) beta (64 bits) on my Asus Flip C302 Chromebook. Everytime I reboot or logout my folder names in Launcher disapear. Did not occur in latest sable version.

Any update on this? We are hoping to promote 68 to beta next week and this is listed as a blocker.

I'm not able to reproduce on the latest M67 Beta (Version 67.0.3396.78)

Also could not repro in 10575.54.0 67.0.3396.78  and could easy repro in 	10575.22.0 67.0.3396.26. It was already fixed, hard to say in which exactly CL.
