Can't +1 CLs |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...) I am unable to +1 CLs. Somebody linked my google account to my chromium account, but neither can +1 a CL. Unfortunately that is the extent to which I understand this issue.

Which repo? Which CL? For most repos in chromium land, this will be relevant: https://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/become-a-committer

I cannot +1 any CLs. So any CL I have been assigned as a reviewer will apply. I have been able to submit CLs though.
