DevTools: Make the Waterfall column hide-able

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3410.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Network panel.
2. Right-click the table.

What is the expected behavior?
Should have an option for hiding the Waterfall chart.

What went wrong?
No option exists.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3410.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 68.0.3410.0 and on latest chrome 68.0.3423.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0). Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged.
