Caused by "oop: Intergrate skia font remoting for OOP raster"

No size graphs here since the perf builder was broken at the time of commit (found this regression via. diagnose_bloat.py).

Source of bloat is due to native code size.

It's not clear to me whether or not this increase was expected.Please have a look and either:

  1. Close as “Won't Fix” with a short justification, or
  2. Land a revert / fix-up.
