FR: Update scheduling for Chromebooks in Google Admin Center

Reported by goo...@smus.ca, May 4 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
There is currently no option to schedule updates for Chromebooks in the admin center.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
This feature would be very welcome as we are experiencing high bandwidth usage by Chromebooks updating during peak network times. This is not ideal as it is slowing down the network for other users on the same AP. We have Classrooms where close to 30 students will be logging into them and when they start updating it causes major slowdowns to others that are not. This is one classroom, there are at least 4 other classrooms in the same building all with a set of Chromebooks. For the time being the updates have been set to scatter but a scheduled update time would be preferred.

Did this work before? N/A
