invalid security certifacaes

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
some pages do not display due to invaled secuity certifacatte

What went wrong?
will not  display websites

Does this work in other browsers? No

Chrome version: 58.0.2988.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Without a net internals or information about the website with the issue, we won't be able to progress on this bug and will need to close it out.

Going to ho ahead and close this, due to lack of followup, but feel free to file a new bug, with the requested log.  Also, please make sure you're using a recent version of Chrome - Chrome 66 is the latest stable version.  Chrome 58 is rather old.
