Issue is not fixed on iOS.  Checked on chrome beta version 68.0.3440.18 on iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 6 plus on iOS 11.4/10.3.3 and iPad 2018 iOS 11.4.

The address field has the yellow background after the value is reset.

Moe, do you think we can take a look at this?

When the value of a field is set programmatically by the website, no event JS will be raised and therefore there is no way to be notified of that in iOS. Marking this as fixed.
