Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any play store app
2. Click maximize
3. Then minimize

What is the expected behavior?
The window should become smaller and take up less of the screen

What went wrong?
Chrome flashes black screen once, then completely give black screen and only force reboot (refresh+power) makes it turn back on
