Steps to reproduce the problem:
 1. Run the camera app
 2. Switch to recording mode
 3. Record a video for a few seconds
 4. Move to gallery
 5. Play the video recorded just before

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
 The video plays normal, but no progress on time bar below.
