What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign into User -> Now at Uber Tray click on 'Sign out' option ->In sign-out screen at 'Password' field enter wrong password ->  observe 'Incorrect password' error message
2)Now click on 'Add person' and  observe blink of 'Sorry your password..."  error message is seen in Sign-in screen

Expected: No such Blink of 'Sorry your password..." error message should be seen in Sign-in screen
Actual: Instead blink of 'Sorry your password..."  error message  is seen in Sign-in screen

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
