What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> From ubertray, enable Bluetooth
(2)Open any Pair Bluetooth device overlay
(3)Hover the mouse on the text and observe

Actual: Unwanted I-beam pointer with selection of text
Expected: No such unwanted I-beam pointer should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: 
1.Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
2.Issue is also seen in chrome://settings/Bluetooth section
