What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open and close the playstore window 
(2)Enable on screen keyboard from Ubertray and click on the keyboard icon and observe

Actual: On screen keyboard is closing automatically when clicked on keyboard icon
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 67.0.3396.26/10575.22.0 dev

NOTE: Also able to reproduce the issue when playstore window is open
