Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.18 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: As far as I knoe Current Turkish spell checker was added in Chrome 10 years ago (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4782). It was a hunspell file created by morphologically parsing large number of Turkish texts and provided by ahmetaa@gmail.com and me using zemberek project. The initial file had ~98% success rate, but it is lower now because of newly introduced proper nouns and changes in the Turkish grammar. To improve spell checking quality, we want to provide a new fileset with a larger coverage. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The quality of Turkish spell checker could be improved. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.18 Channel: beta OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0
