More highlight are focused in more candidate view with long pressing then slide by finger for CJK layout

68.0.3417.0 
10643.0.0 canary-channel clapper 

Steps:
1.Switch to CJK vk 
2.Tap any words,makes more candidate view displayed
3.Long press any candidate then slide finger 

Actual:
Highlight not disappear, more highlight display with just long pressing candidate word 
see attached video;

Note:
If long pressing it then release the finger, it not repro
