Voice-input icon flashes while taping some keys for Floating XKB

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Floating XKB keyboard
2.Switch to ?123 layout
3.Tap some keys by random


Actual result:
Voice-input icon flashes while taping keys.

This issue also repro while tapping '/',',','.'keys on the Main layout, video attached FYI.

Note:
This issue does not repro for Dock mode.
