There are currently already 3 methods in blink::WebMediaPlayer tied to RemotePlayback. These methods are tied to the old RemotePlayback path, and changing them now would probably lead to confusion.

Instead, the new RemotePlayback pipeline will use "Flinging" terminology, and when the old playback path are removed, we should rename "FlingingStarted/FlingingStopped" to more appropriate RemotePlayback related names.
