Regression: Chrome crashes while adding Extensions |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: (chrome://68.0.3416.0) OS: Linux 14.04 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Navigate to Web store 3. Search for extensions and try to add extension 4. Select extension and click on "Add To Chrome" 4. Observe the issue: Chrome browser will crash Note: Not reproducible in Windows and Mac What is the expected result? Extension should add successfully without crashing the browser. What happens instead? Chrome browser crashes. Verified the fix on Ubuntu 14.04 using Chrome version #68.0.3418.2 as per the comment #0. Extension added successfully without crashing the browser. Hence, the fix is working as expected. Adding the verified labels. Note: Issue is working fine in 68.0.3419.0 as well. No crash is seen on adding extensions. Thanks...!! |
