What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user and Sign out 
(2)In Sign out screen >> Click on Add person and observe the build number on Sign in screen

Actual: Build number is seen on the Sign in screen
Expected: Build number should not be seen on Sign in screen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3400.0/10598.0.0 dev 

Note:If it is intended change, the same should be seen also for Sign in screen of OOBE

Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
