onpaste event cant get image data from e.clipboardData

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. it is easy to reprofuce,just try to paste a image.

What is the expected behavior?
i should got the file.

What went wrong?
there is nothing given.

Did this work before? Yes just last version is ok

Does this work in other browsers? No
 document.body.onpaste = (e) => {
   var file = e.clipboardData.items[0]
   if (file.kind == 'file') {
      file.getAsFile()
   }
}

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:

Works for me in the same config. Maybe it depends on how you put the image in the clipboard or something else so it'd be helpful if you precisely describe the complete sequence of actions required to reproduce the bug in a new user profile without any extensions.

Thank you for your reply,I pasted my pics through screenshot, i try to figure out why did it appear to me,infactly,i tested it with my windows and macbook,but neither of them work(my project worked very well before the version chrome/66.0.3359.139).
