Currently, when tests need to mock some audio service thing, they usually put a mock in an unnamed namespace. It would be simpler to have ready-to-use mocks provided by the audio service reused everywhere.

(Not sure how big of a problem this is, but I'm making it worse right now. Filing this bug so we can look at it later).
