Generation popup needs to be dismissed or hidden on scroll

Chrome Version: 68
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable flags #autofill-keyboard-accessory-view and #enable-password-generation
(2) Navigate to a form and fill an auto-generated password
(3) Focus the field to edit the password, then scroll.

What is the expected result?
The popup disappears or is scrolled of screen.

What happens instead?
The popup remains in a fixed position in the Chrome window.
