Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use touchscreen a lot
2. Hope to observe behaviour

What is the expected behavior?
All links touched open as though they were clicked with the mouse. Long press should open a context menu.

What went wrong?
A noticeable portion of the time, touching a link downloads it. My Downloads folder is full of random HTML files as a result of this.

There should be no situation in which the browser downloads a linked document without using a menu, except in the very specific case that the response headers compel it to.

I have not yet isolated a situation that triggers the behaviour but I use a mixture of mouse and touchscreen. It is certain that if the link downloads from one touch, it will download from subsequent touches... unless you do [something else], which resets it.
