Issue descriptionVersion: 68.0.3418.0 (Official Build) Revision 5319d9b60c08fee2ca45593c7a67688408ce5d73-refs/heads/master@{#555651}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://settings/siteData and see to it you have enough cookie entries so as scroll bar appears. 2. Now scroll down to last item in cookie list and try to delete it,observe Actual: Page gets auto scroll after deleting last item from cookie list Expected: Page shouldn't get auto scroll after deleting last item from cookie list This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 64’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 64.0.3242.0 (Revision: 509212). Bad build: 64.0.3243.0 (Revision: 509636). You are probably looking for a change made after 509479 (known good), but no later than 509480 (first known bad).
