Blob images cannot be opened in new tab

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an image with blob url and put it on a webpage
2. Right click on image, then "open image in new tab"
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected behavior?
Image should be opened in a new tab

What went wrong?
It works if you copy the url of the image and open new tab manually and paste the url, but if you literally click "open in new tab" nothing happens. In firefox it works properly, so I suppose it is a bug with chrome.

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: NaN

I found out that the problem is caused by my AdBlock extension which prevents blob urls from opening in new tab. Sorry for invalid issue, feel free to wontfix this.
