Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome browser 2. Enter any URL in browser 3. Click on URL box to bookmark the page What is the expected behavior? Should add bookmark What went wrong? Not able to add bookmark Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 & Mac 10.13.3 using chrome stable-66.0.3359.139 & canary-68.0.3424.0 with below steps: 1. Launch chrome 2. Enter any URL in the omnibox 3. Click on URL 4. Click on '*' icon (top right in the omnibox) & observe save bookmark dialog box 5. Enter name & click on done URL should be bookmarked successfully. Please check the issue on latest chrome channels & let us know your observations on the same. Thanks..!
