DUT and Devserver ssh configs conflict

These two docs are ambiguous, since the hostname expressions they use can overlap. That means you get different behaviors depending on which is first in your .ssh/config file.

I previously editing the devserver page to simplify.

I've now edited the DUT/servo access page to make sure that there's
no conflict.

Somebody might want to verify that the config works for them, since
I have a customized configuration that's different.
