Touch events don't behave properly in gedit about dialog

Project Member Reported by jkardatzke@chromium.org, May 2 2018

Issue description

Chrome OS version: 10635.0.0
OS: Crostini

Repro steps:
1. Install gedit
2. Go to About
3. Touch www.gedit.com (i.e. click w/ your finger)

Expected: It opens a browser
Actual: It doesn't open the browser (but if you use the mouse, it does, and then on subsequent touch events after that it will open the browser)

Strange. Are we sure this isn't app-specific behavior?
It's using a generic gtk function to do this, so I don't think it's app-specific...although I don't recall seeing this in other apps.

I was looking through some GTK changelists and found this for GTK+ 3.22.18 (and we are using 3.22.11-1 in Crostini):

776903 Label with hyperlinks cannot be opened with touch on wayland

So this'll get fixed once GTK gets an update on Debian.
Here's an actual link to the bug from GTK: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776903
