And so on.

Looks like a standard redirect loop, most likely this indicates a bug on the website. You should report this to the website administrator.

However I do note cookies were sent on the first request. Does this loop happen on the first request after clearing cookies? Or only after you try to log in?

Please try clearing data again, and be sure when clearing browsing data make sure the time range is "all time" and "Cookies and other site data" is checked.

Also you could just try opening it in an incognito window.
However I do note cookies were sent on the first request. Does this loop happen on the first request after clearing cookies? Doesn’t matter. Or only after you try to log in? It happens when I try to log in.

Please try clearing data again, and be sure when clearing browsing data make sure the time range is "all time" and "Cookies and other site data" is checked. Tried that. Still didn’t work.

Also you could just try opening it in an incognito window. Does not work better in incognito.

Your reply is hard to parse but I see it only happens when you try to log in.

This is almost certainly a bug in the website, please report it to the website admin.
