Windows Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Any browser.
2. Navigate to https://www.chromium.org/chrome-release-channels
3. Select a channel such as Dev or Canary and click download.
4. Click Accept.
Expected result: The server should provide an installer with the appropriate channel name.
Actual result: No matter which channel you select, the browser downloads the installer with the same file name (ChromeSetup.exe)
