Perfetto: Trace events within scheduler locks will deadlock |

Issue description
Right now this just applies to a single trace-event ("RealTimeDomain::DelayTillNextTask"), which we manually filter out in trace_event_data_source.cc. The issue is that we can't PostTask while this lock is being held, which Perfetto will do if the current chunk is filled up.
