Recently debugged a couple of logs where due to other circumstances:

1. (https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/85389130681) device suspend/resume failed & rebooted while lid closed which led to expected shutdown.
2. ( crbug.com/809355 ) headless device gets shutdown perhaps due to issues driving external display such that previous crash/reboot logging gets lost.

In these cases if console-ramoops held any useful info its lost after the shutdown.  If there was a mechanism to save this log info we might have more debug-ability
