[autofill] Add support for common autocomplete type mispellings

Project Member Reported by rogerm@chromium.org, May 2 2018

Issue description

Sometimes developers misspell autocomplete values. Chrome should recognize and accept common misspellings.

Some examples for the CVC in CC forms...

Correct value: cc-csc
Misspellings:
  # with and without the leading "cc-"
  cc-cvc
  cc-cvv
  cc-spc
  cc-ccid

We could also expand the name patterns:

(cc-)?full-name  -> (cc-)?name
(cc-)?first-name -> (cc-)?given-name
(cc-)?last-name  -> (cc-)?$1family-name

We can capture more mappings in the comments...

That's a good idea. I'd be curious to see the metrics of how many times we would now fill some fields!
