FYI: "quarantine_cooldown" means that it was quarantined at some point in the past for any number of reasons (being too hot, being offline) but now it's healthy again and has to stay healthy for the next 10-15minutes before it can start running tasks again.

Might be indicative of a real device failure, so still might be worth looking at, just fyi...

This is what probably triggered quarantine_cooldown

Right now looks like the battery is sitting @ 52% and my assumption is it's charging, albeit slowly. I'll keep an eye on the level in case it needs replacement or offline charging/conditioning.

Ok, looks like the device definitely has a charging issue, it seems stuck at 80%. Going to flash a replacement for it.
