Regression : 'CONNECT' button is seen with normal text same like of 'Cancel' button instead of Blue highlight

Project Member Reported by mmanchala@chromium.org, May 2 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3416.0/10638.0.0 dev-channel Reks,Daisy and  Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen click on 'Let's go' which navigates to 'Connect to network' screen
(2)Now select required Wi-Fi network -> 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay is seen and enter correct password -> observe 'CONNECT' button is enabled but with normal text( same like of 'Cancel' button) instead of Blue highlight
(Please refer video and Screenshot)

Expected: 'CONNECT' button should be enabled with Blue highlight
Actual: Instead 'CONNECT' button is seen with normal text same like of 'Cancel' button

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3405.0/10631.0.0 dev-channel Reks

@stevenjb: This might be happening because of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1028478, which moved the buttons shared styling to its own paper_button_style_css.html. The fix should be trivial.

If my CL indeed caused this, I am glad to help. Just need some instructions on how to run OOBE locally.

Thanks for the pointer. I can get to this. Adjusting the priority.

FYI: The OOBE flow can be shown on linux chromeos desktop as follows:

rm -rf /tmp/chrome && out/Release/chrome --user-data-dir=/tmp/chrome --login-profile=user --login-manager
