Can you reproduce this memory bloat?

What steps will reproduce this memory bloat (or if it's not reproducible,
what were you doing until then)?

Unable to reproduce the issue on debian rodate using chrome reported version-65.0.3325.181 & latest stable-66.0.3359.181 as per C#0 & C#1.
1. Launch chrome
2. Open terminal
3. Type top & click enter

Observation:
chrome cpu usage is seen for 1 or 2 entries with less memory only for few seconds, not seeing continuously as max memory usage & not all top 5 entries are of chrome entries.Tried steps with C#0 & C#1.

Please check the issue on latest stable & confirm is this issue specific to CentOS Linux? If not, please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss anything from our end.
Thanks..
