Regression: Unnecessary selection of virtual keyboard is seen on hovering the mouse on Emoji palatte

Chrome Version:68.0.3416.0/10638.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Open emoji palette, hover the mouse white space along the sides and observe

Actual: Unwanted selection of On-screen keyboard is seen
Expected: No such unwanted selection of whole keyboard should be seen, instead when we hover individual emoji can be highlighted.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3405.0/10614.0.0 dev

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

We are implementing the new UI. The issue was fixed.
Could you use the new UI by enable enable-virtual-keyboard-md-ui
