Regression: No proper spacing between the space key and the emoji palette slider of virtual keyboard

Chrome Version:68.0.3416.0/10638.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Open emoji palette and observe the Space key

Actual: No proper spacing is seen between the space key and the emoji palette slider
Expected: Instead, Proper spacing should be seen between the space key and the emoji palette slider

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3405.0/10614.0.0 dev

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

We are implementing the new UI. The issue was fixed.
Could you use the new UI by enable enable-virtual-keyboard-md-ui
