default SSL root certificates

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
please check whether these certificates are supported by default.
Verisign, Entrust, Thawte, Baltimore, Rogers Root

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
and how to OEM any please?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This does not seem to be a report of a bug in Chrome. You can see the root certificates supported by your OS platform using the UI of that platform. On Android, that's the  Trusted Credentials entry in Settings.
