Regression: Focus highlight is seen missing on ubertray while tabbing

Chrome Version:68.0.3416.0/10638.0.0 dev channel Daisy, Candy,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE screen Tab and observe no focus is seen on Ubertray

Actual: No focus highlight is seen on ubertray on tabbing
Expected: Focus highlight should be seen on Ubertray on tabbing

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3405.0/10614.0.0 dev

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
2.Issue is also seen in Sign in user

@tbuckley : Please confirm the issue.

On tabbing, no focus highlight is seen on any of the UI and it appears to be a recent regression. Hence,adding Dev Blocker.

Focus highlight on TAB is not seen on Uber tray both in OOBE and sign in screen. This seems to be working fine on other Chrome UI(chrome://settings or extension pages). 

Removing Dev blocker and adding Beta blocker, for this being recent regression in M-68.

Can't repro on 68.0.3440.4 dev / 10718.4.0 Eve. Closing as obsolete, but please re-open if it's still reproducible on other devices.
