Description:
It used to be that when you take a screenshot, a notification would pop up saying "Screenshot captured". You could then copy the image to the clipboard.

Steps to reproduce:
1) take a screenshot
2) be sad

Current Behavior / Reproduction:
No "Screenshot captured / copy to clipboard" notification appears.

Expected Behavior: There should be a popup notification that shows a thumbnail of the screenshot and lets you copy the screenshot to the clipboard.
