[CRD iOS] Start audio playback on demand

Issue description

We currently start the audio playback immediately after the the host is connected. This stops all audio played by other players. We should only start audio playback when an audio packet is received.

Looks like we already start audio playback on demand. Audio packets coming from the host do silence other players, which is fixed in  bug 868088 .
