Issue descriptionChrome Version: Unsure Chrome OS Version: Unsure Active Firmware Id: Google_Cyan.7287.57.82 & Google_Cyan.7287.57.100 We have two users with Cyan devices reporting that they get stuck on a black screen while attempting to recover their devices.
