Chrome Version : 67.0.3396.26
OS Version: 10575.22.0

This is a reproducible crash in the current Dev channel:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. find an image in an online search
2. right-click to download it
3. from the notification popup try to drag the image back onto the page
What is the expected result?
The image can be dragged into a site (eg Google Sites)
What happens instead of that?
A full crash/restart

Hi dtapu...@ I looked for that specific crash report but it was not clear which one to share. I generated another crash/restart scenario by downloading/dragging out another image but no new crash was to be found in chrome://crashes after the restart. - Mike
