Files app: Toolbar button misaligned when in DCIM folder

Chrome Version: 68.0.3413.0

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Create a folder named "missingNo" under Downloads
(2) Navigate to that folder

Expected Result:
Toolbar shows "cloud backup details" button.

Actual Result:
Other toolbar buttons other than cloud backup is aligned to the top.
See screenshot.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
This is just UI issue, not affecting functionalities.

Here is the repro steps in a more realistic situation:
(1) Insert an SD card which containing "/DCIM" folder.
(2) Open the /DCIM folder.

(A folder named "missingNo" is a hack for debugging.)
