Issue descriptionIt looks like the TestPush task is really broken. It has been sending failure emails every few hours for several days now. Unexpected error in TestPush task. Probably the staging lab or the TestPush task itself is broken: local() encountered an error (return code 4) while executing 'sudo /root/chromeos-admin/puppet/sync_and_run_puppet -f'
