Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to above URL.
2.Download extension and click on extension and observe the screenshot selection area.

Actual Result : 'Selection area' is not seen for taking screenshot of the page instead broken image is seen on NTP.
Expected Result :'Selection area' Should be seen for taking screenshot of the page.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and below is the bisect using old script:
