What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into your Chromebook >>Go to You're signed in screen
(2)click continuously on the 'Review sync options following setup' text to check/uncheck  the checkbox and observe

Actual: Unwanted selection is seen while clicking on the 'Review sync options following setup' text to check the checkbox
Expected: No such unwanted selection should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-67

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
