What is the expected behavior?
Paint underline when ever applied "text-decoration: underline". Don't paint underline under ellipsis "..."

What went wrong?
This is continuous BUG of  ISSUE #634445 .
When used CSS ellipsis and dir=auto for Hebrew + Latin character text, Latin chars are missing underline and ellipsis has underline. Tested and works fine on IE, Edge, FF and Safari.
