No sound on websdr application. Older verison of Chromium browser works fine.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.117 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
go to url 

What is the expected behavior?
Sound, noise or speech.

What went wrong?
No sound.

Works fine in Firefox ESR, Google Chrome and Vivaldi here and other computers.

Did this work before? Yes All version before latest update.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Canary 68.0.3414.0 and latest Stable 66.0.3359.139 as per the original comment.

Bisect Information:

I would assume this is the new autoplay policy kicking in given the commit.

Type in Chromium navigation line:


and change "Default" to "No user gesture is required."

Restart Chromium browser. 
After restart Chromium work fine, have sound in websdr application.
